Our goal for our couple’s playroom is to offer each of our guests a clean, safe and private environment . Our policies and prices help ensure the quality of our guests which makes everyone delighted in their experiences.

Cleaning
Yes, the cleaning fee for your stay is higher than your average vacation rental at $200 per stay. Every inch of the playroom and entire cottage is inspected, cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Each toy and piece of equipment in the playroom undergoes a deep sanitization designed to kill both viruses and bacteria. The owners personally inspect everything before your stay, as we won’t leave your safety in the hands of an hourly cleaner.
Booking and rates
We are only want to attract high quality guests, and our rates help keep it that way. We do allow insta book here, on Vrbo, Airbnb, and google vacation rentals, however we won’t do same day bookings. Guest must book at least two days in advance. We request full payment at time of booking, and will refund for cancellations at least 48hrs away from your stay. Our rate is $450 per night, and we require a minimum of 2 nights on weekends.
Safety
The cottage has a number of safety features such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, first aide kit, and outdoor entrance security cameras. We ask our guests to exercise safety in any activities they perform in the cottage or the playroom itself. Talk with your partner about boundaries and safe words before engaging in any adult activities. For your safety, we do not allow any play that involves choking, bondage around the neck, or extremely rough play that could result in injuries.
Privacy
We want each of our guests to feel secure in their privacy. The cottage has three external video cameras to monitor parking and entrances. We provide 24hr check-in using a door code for our automatic lock. Your hosts will not intrude on your stay in any way, unless you request assistance. Privacy screens are installed on the deck to ensure no one can peek in on your personal space.
Pets
Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed. If you are bringing a service animal, we request the right to inquire regarding your pet and the service it delivers. Service animals will require an additional $100 cleaning fee. Any guest bringing an unauthorized pet will immediately terminate your rental agreement, you will be asked to leave, and a refund will not be issued.
Kids
The cottage is a 25 years old and up only establishment. The primary renter must be 25 or older. No one under 18 is allowed on premises for any reason. Guests seen violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to notify law enforcement at our discretion.
